The Holiday season is finally here!!! I love
Thanksgiving it’s all about spending time with family and enjoying life. This
Thanksgiving I am grateful that God has blessed me with abounding grace; I am
doing great in school, I have a place to lay my head, food on the table,
clothes on my back and I am in good
health I have a lot to be thankful for. It’s sad to me that the things I
mentioned some people take for granted when its people who are struggling to
make ends meet, or are homeless with no place to go. I make it my responsibility
each week to bless somebody who cannot return the favor. We often find
ourselves only wanting to give a hand if we are getting two back. So I would
like to challenge my colleagues to bless someone else just as they have been
blessed, don’t expect anything in return or praises from your peers. However,
expect the smile that the individual in which you seek to help will give you.
You never know what someone is going through you never know how much a hug and
a smile can make their day. HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL OF MY PROFESSORS, ALL
TEACHER CANDIDATES, AND ALL MY FELLOW PANTHERS BE BLESSED!!!!
Family means everything to me. Not many people are able to say that they are grateful for all the things that we have in our life. At the end of the day I feel the same way you do. I have always said when I dont have anything to say to the Lord all I say is thank you.
ReplyDeleteI was taught very young that you are not giving if you expect anything in return. It is very refreshing to see someone like yourself doing these great things. Many times we take all these things for granted.
