With Election Day right around the corner it is important for everyone to get out and vote. No matter who you feel is worthy of building this economy and helping those who are the least of these. With no vote you have no voice I pose the question what are you doing as a citizen to help educate those who are uneducated? I’m not one to get deeply involved in politics but as a College student I am aware that my vote will not only count for me rather the millions of College students who cannot afford the high price of tuition. Our education means so much to us if we allow someone to take our opportunity away from us then what will we stand for? Education is the key!! Classroom management is extremely important in the world of education, it is imperative to create a positive learning environment. When you walk into a classroom you should enter in to a learning zone filled with positive and encouraging displays. Although some students may use their intrinsic motivation, others may need it from elsewhere. This is where the surroundings play a significant role in the student’s development. Often while sitting in class I would constantly drift off in to the abyss not paying any attention to the work that I was doing. My gaze would be focused on the bulletins boards and, posters around the room. One in particular read “Make it a great day or not the choice is yours” Throughout the day I pondered over these words wondering exactly what it meant. I came to the conclusion that the choices I would make today would affect my future so I decided to make everyday a great day a positive input equals a positive outcome. Many people have different opinions as to why teaching would be the last profession in the world to do. We all at one point have to find our passion and purpose in the world; rather it’s saving lives or making them better. I chose to make lives better by teaching the future leaders of America making them eligible to compete in this global economy. I have heard every negative aspect as to why going in to education would be a bad idea as well as the positive aspects. However the good seems to outweigh the bad! One negative thing in particular is "Teachers don't make enough money" this is my favorite. My reason for going into education is not about money in no way, shape, or form money is not everything to me.
